I have to agree I adore cats the way they make you feel privileged to be in the same room. My cat is really moody when she's tired if you go to stroke her she growls at you which is hilarious she's not a cat that likes loads of petting she's very independent I think it's because her previous owners were drunks that left her outside 24,7 and didn't feed her she was so used to sorting herself out that it's made her very self reliant. She does come for a cuddle when it suits herself and that's fair enough,I would be the same it must be irritating when people constantly fuss you when all u want to do is sleep. If they had thumbs I really think they would take over lol

My big redneck husband loves his kitties. They greet him every night when he comes home after work. They try to clean the concrete dust out of his hair and groom him while he sits in his easy chair it's so funny.
That goes for boyfriends too. You can cuddle and carry on conversations and they pay attion and when you're dead tired and ready to go to sleep they purr you off into sleep and be the little spoon.
