3 Reasons You Should NOT Adopt a Cornish Rex Cat #cat #catbreed #catlovers #usa

Three reasons you should not adopt a Cornish Rex cat. Unless you’re ready. Thinking about getting a Cornish Rex? Hold up. Unless you’re ready for a cat with a six-pack, caffeine energy, and zero chill? Keep watching. Number three, they’re basically Velcro with legs. Cornish Rex cats are obsessed with people. They’ll follow you to the bathroom, sit on your laptop, and demand attention like a needy toddler with fur. Introverts beware. Privacy is canceled. Number two, they’re always freezing. With only a layer of soft downy fur, these cats get cold fast. If your place feels like a fridge, be ready to buy cat sweaters, heated beds, and share your hoodie forever. Before we hit number one, smash that like button and subscribe because you haven’t even seen their wildest trait yet. Number one, they’re tiny tornadoes. Cornish Rex cats have more energy than your morning espresso. They jump, race, and parkour off furniture like it’s a daily Olympic event. If you don’t play with them, they’ll entertain themselves, usually by destroying your stuff. So, still thinking about getting one? They’re lovable weirdos, but they’re not for the faint of heart. Drop a comment and let us know if you could handle the chaos.

⭐ Cornish Rex cats are cute, quirky, and absolutely exhausting.

  5. These look like kittens my granddaughter's cat had. The mama is an ordinary short haired grey cat. But previously she has had naked cats, curly furred cats and cats that were half naked and half curly. My daughter kept one of her kittens because it was so homely with bald areas and curly other areas. When my granddaughter went to live in Texas she left the mama with me. Then my daughter and her husband decided to go to Texas they came to stay with me and save up some money. The curly +bald cat they had was an unfixed male. So they kept him locked in a room in my house because I had the mama and a couple of other females that were not fixed. They were indoor cats so I had not worried about kittens. A month later I realized all the females were pregnant. At no time had we seen or heard any mating , so I guess they sneaked it. I ended up with 15 kittens. The mama had 4 kittens and two were curly furred with ripples down their backs. I noticed that their fur was only the undercoat. The outer coat was not there. And their ripply fur was soooo soft! I still have them, the two curlies. Papa has been fixed. One has slightly longer fur (about a 1/4" longer), and the other one has shorter fur that lays flatter and the ripples are very prominent. The longer furred one looks like it has a permanent bad hair day.
Oh yeah, out of all of the kittens only 4 were black and white, the rest were grey. This happened in south Carolina which is nowhere near Cornwall in the UK.
