すごくこだわりのあるオシキャットとお風呂タイム😹💦
Hi everyone. This is Alex with Alex’s Paw Spa. I have Google here with me today and I’m going to show you how to give a short-haired cat a bath. Now, you could tell she has this beautiful coat. She’s meowing a little bit. She gets grooved every 8 weeks, so she is used to the process, but that doesn’t mean it’s her favorite thing in the world. So, as you may know, I always give cats two baths. The first shampoo is going to be a Chubs bar, which looks like this. You get them from the Chubs Bar website. This is Bay Rum, but they have all different kinds of like flavors and scents that they have. All safe for cats. So, we’re going to start by wetting her down. And you’ll notice I always do the strip along their back cuz that’s where the grease and dirt is going to build up the most. I’m going to go ahead and wet her down. And then after this, I get to do her sister, which is a bangle. Oh, beautiful. Beautiful color. I don’t need to fully wet her nose cuz like I said, I’m mainly focusing on this strip along the side here on the top, you know, where people pet the most. So, again, her chest and then you can also do the tail, especially by the top part of the tail. Um, cuz that’s where stud tail happens a lot. And studail is basically just a buildup of dirt, grease, oil, all that dirty stuff. Okay. So, I’m going to rinse her out from that. I’m going to make sure she is nice and wet all over her tummy and everything. Now, we’re going to do the second treatment, which is the full body really get her. And it’s cool cuz if you really use the chug shampoo really well, you go like this on them, you can actually hear like a streak, like a streaking sound to show that they’re really clean. So, it’s just a little cool little fact about that. So, now I’m going to take Clean Start by Chris Christensen and I’m going to do this all over. And I do have wipes for their face. just so I don’t have to, you know, wet down their entire face or anything. Obviously, a cat is not going to want their face wash or dried. And they are fairly clean cats because they get grilled pretty often. [Music] Nancy, she’s a very sweet girl. She doesn’t love the dryer. Um, so sometimes she can go home maybe a little damp, but I can usually dry her for the most part. I got my fan and everything, too. Um, but dad knows that they can get a little cranky, a little feisty. I did her nails first thing, so she took away her little right away in case she wants to try to claw her right out of the bath here. Oh no, my leg face. Okay, now that she’s nice and uphead. You can do this in a bathtub, in a sink. And if you’re having a really hard time and they’re not moving, you can always like scrub them. So scrub with one hand and with the other. Um, that’s what I have to do with a handful of SS that I grew, including my own. They’re really just not having it. You want to make sure that they are rinsed extra good. I always rinse like triple the amount just because themselves as we know and although that this is all cat products, we still don’t want them ingesting anything on their skin. But if you leave shampoo on their skin, it can actually dry their skin out. So, it’s very important to just triple risk everything. I know. Chatty caddy. Yeah. Her name is Apple and her sister’s name is Google. That’s pretty cute. Or no, she’s Google. Sorry, girl. [Music] You don’t want to face me, huh? like if I can’t see. So, now that I have her double triple rinsed out, kind of squeeze some of that water out, gently grab my little Shamwow towel. Give her a nice squeeze. This gets just a handful of that water out. escaping. We’re almost done. And I’m going to try and not let her escape while I grab a towel. Oh no. Oh no. All right. So I have a regular towel. I’m just going to dry her out this way. And then I’m going to slowly dry her with my fan and my dryer on low with a happy hoodie on. Just kind of hugs their head, makes them feel more comfortable. Just kind of goes on like that. So cute. Yeah, that’s how you wash a short hair cat and the products that I use. Thank you so much for watching and make sure you click to subscribe. See you guys.
