3. Be cautious: Do not bring your hand so openly and suddenly to an outdoor BIG cat. A kitten will only hiss and try to run. But the big cats who may seem friendly and won't run away would likely attack you.
   I'm a cat person. One day there was a big cat outside the house when i was feeding my house cats. It wasn't running away and was quite near. So I extended my arms to pet it. And what! It scratched me with its paws.

   That was the first and last time I touched a cat other than house fed ones.

   We don't know any potential diseases it could have or spread. So, be careful!!
