We adopted Rosie on “accident” about 4 years ago when she reached her paw out from her cage at the pet store where the adoption agency adopted out cats. We were hoping that she would become friends with our elderly cat coconut. that never happened. then we got Stella from the same place, also on accident. Stella has been a brave and coming force in our cat trifecta. but Rosie has always remained.. thorny. once coconut passed away it seems like Stella has begun to try even harder to get close to Rosie. and shockingly it seems as if Rosie has mellowed out since coconut has moved on. Rosie are not best friends yet, if they ever will be, but Stella does try to get as close as she can to Rosie well also not getting a negative reaction from her. it’s so interesting to watch them interact. and they do play sometimes.o their relationship is definitely blooming.
