Max’s Big Vet Day – From Stray Cat to Healthy, Happy Sanctuary Cat
Say hi, Max. This is Max. He’s um went in on Thursday for just a regular health check in his rabies and combo vaccination. And he’s in perfect health. Clean ears, good teeth, bright eyes, good heartbeat. Good weight, good coat. You’re everything was just perfect, wasn’t it? He does have a little tartar on the back of his teeth. So, we’ll schedule him for a cleaning for probably February. Um, with all the other ones we have coming up in November, um, we’ll need a little bit of time to recover. Anyway, he’s a wonderful boy and he says, “Thank you everybody for your kind words and messages.” Right. Say bye.
I first showed up at Jamie’s Legacy back in December 2022 and finally let the Assistant trap in in September 2023. These days, I’m one of the proud JL Sanctuary Garage Crew. I spend my days exploring the property, helping with ‘security’, and my nights safe and cozy with my buddies.
I went to the vet on October 16th for my checkup and vaccines, and I passed with purr-fect marks! I’m healthy, handsome, and loving life.
Huge thanks to everyone who supports Jamie’s Legacy. You make it possible for stray cats like me to get the care we need and the love we deserve. 😻Max
