壮絶な一日！生後間もない捨て猫の赤ちゃん３匹を保護。２匹が繋いだ１匹の子猫の命。

Three tiny lives, abandoned in the grass. Two faded away, leaving only one heartbeat. This is the record of a single day, and the miracle these small lives created. Early one morning,my wife and her mother went for a walk. A newborn kitten crawled out of the grass,crying at their feet. Its tiny body was covered in dust and it was almost impossible to tell it was a kitten. Its eyes could hardly see,but it crawled closer asking for help. Nearby, they found two more kittens. My wife ran home, breathless, and I followed her with a cardboard box. When we reached the quiet spot, the first kitten had dragged itself back into the grass and collapsed. It had used its last strength to call for help. There was a crushed cardboard box, beneath the other two kittens. Someone had left them there. They must have been abandoned for days. The two barely moved and huddled together. One had an injured back. Needed urgent care. Then, from under the injured kitten, another tiny one crawled out, crying as it came toward me. This one had no injuries. It felt as if the injured kitten had been protecting the other all along. We quickly put all three in the box and took them home. We tried giving them first aid and milk, until the vet opened. But soon after reaching home, the first kitten passed away. Soon after, the injured one followed. We couldn’t save the second one either. There was no time to grieve. They had entrusted their brother’s life to us. We must save him at all costs. We asked my wife’s mother who found the kitten. to help take care of it. But the kitten refused the bottle. It wouldn’t drink milk. So we kept trying, gently putting milk into his mouth. We brought the kitten inside the house and made a small home from cardboard. Still, it drank very little. We learned that newborn kittens must be helped to go to the bathroom before they can drink. It was our first time, and we worried we’d fail. But it worked. Everything he held inside came out. Now we tried the bottle again. Please, drink this time. Yes! He finally drank from the bottle. We all felt so relieved. His eyes still couldn’t see well. He was too young to drink by himself. So we fed him every four hours, taking turns. He had just entered this world, yet had lost his mother and siblings. Too young to be alone. He must have wanted more of his mother’s milk. He must have wanted to sleep in warmth. He must have wanted to play with his siblings, run, and chase across the earth. This kitten was exposed to such harsh conditions. We don’t know what will happen from here. But we believe with all our heart that the flame of life left by the two will burn strong inside this kitten. After burying the two small bodies, I placed a hand on my chest, looked up at the sunset sky, and closed my eyes. Tears I had held back all day finally flowed. ♬ You cam always cry out loud. ♬ I still feel the warmth of their bodies, still hear the faint beats of their hearts in my hands. Thank you. Thank you. ある日、妻と妻の母が早朝散歩に出かけました。
すると、突然息を切らしながら妻が戻ってきて「大変！来て！」と言って寝ぼけ眼の私を連れ出しました。
咄嗟にビデオカメラと段ボール箱を手に、妻の後を小走りに着いて行きました。

道中で聞いた話によると、
『妻が母と一緒に、普段は人があまり行かない様な場所を散歩していると、突然義母の足元に何かが動いているのを発見し、よく見ると砂利道の上で砂まみれになってもがく様に、明らかに義母の足元目掛けてー匹の生後間もない子猫が、まるで助けを求めるかの様に近づいて来たそうです。
まだほとんど目も見えていない様子で、それでも必死に妻と母に向かって何かを訴えている様で、辺りを見渡すと、近くの草むらに後２匹の子猫を見つけたそうです。
二人とも手ぶらだった為、どうすることも出来ず、とにかく私を呼びに戻った。』
と言う事でした。
