There are many human mothers who would love to lose the weight they gained during pregnancy the way Hotaru did. Nature seems so unfair, though. Raising four kittens takes a lot of energy and resources, and to do it when she was little more than a kitten herself, clearly took a lot out of Hotaru. Hopefully she will be neutered now, so she won't have to keep on having litter after litter of babies…
