Cats know camouflage. Maru hid behind a tub and box. Miri camouflaged with the white rug. These are their prey hunting tactics. They are not colourblind
I would’ve put the Fat Brat on its back and immobilized it then I wouldve taken it favorite toy and ran it up and down it’s body. I’m sure after a few times the Fat Brat would’ve been yowling in anger lol

昔、出張中、秋田の港祭りで買ったワニの形をした、スポンジのおもちゃに、我が家の猫ちゃんは、おおはしゃぎしてくれました。
壁までよじ登って天井まて追いかけて行く様には、笑いが止まらなかった。
あのおもちゃは、何だったんだろうと思うと共に、もう手にはいらないものなのか、猫ちゃんには、これ以上ないおもちゃでした。
飼い主にも、猫ちゃんにとっても、この世で最強の、おもちゃだったなぁ。
